Predictive & Regression Analytics

Commerce Campaign Regression Modeling

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, June–August 2026

During an internship on a commerce measurement team, I built a multivariate regression analyzing pre-sale factors across 56 campaigns to identify which levers most reliably improved advertising return. After running 12 model versions to rule out confounding effects like budget size and product category, I isolated one campaign-setup factor as the strongest driver, a result that held up under scrutiny and five rounds of stakeholder review. The finding was used directly in a client pitch and adopted into the team's standing sales guidance.

Sales-Lift Regression Validation

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, August 2026

To test whether the regression approach from the commerce campaign study would generalize, I reapplied the same framework to an entirely different sales-lift dataset from a third-party measurement partner, running roughly 150 lever-outcome tests across 27 campaigns. The analysis surfaced one audience-composition factor, the share of new versus returning buyers reached, as the signal that held up consistently across model specifications, while I caught and removed a data artifact that had been masquerading as a genuine campaign effect. Because I reused the prior framework and code, the full analysis took about 8 hours to deliver, versus roughly two months for the original build.

AI Driven Reporting Automation

Client Conversion Reporting Tool

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, July–August 2026

I built an AI-assisted tool that automatically generates client-facing conversion reports from two raw data exports, cutting a process that used to take about two hours down to roughly thirty seconds, nearly a 99% reduction. It includes a built-in data-quality check that halts the report whenever the two sources disagree beyond an acceptable threshold, so nothing ships on numbers that don't reconcile. The tool was featured in a company-wide newsletter by a senior sales leader, presented to the broader team, and adopted into the team's standing reporting workflow, and I authored the internal documentation guide the team still references for setup and troubleshooting.

Advertiser Classification & Ranking Tool

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, July 2026

I built a second AI-assisted tool that automated a manual advertiser classification and ranking process that had taken a teammate several weeks to complete, and that he never fully finished. My tool matched his manual classification decisions with about 92% agreement, while running the entire workflow, from data pull to classification to final report, in a single pass instead of weeks of manual effort.

Ad-Hoc Client Analytics and Reports

SKU-Level Performance Reconciliation

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, June 2026

A national retail measurement program needed a client-facing report reconciling an advertiser's raw sales and product-level data against Roku's internal impression, reach, and completion metrics, to show how the campaign performed down to the product level. Partway through, I found the sales data was split across 16 overlapping product listings for what was really a single product line, which would have fragmented or inflated the reported results. I built a reusable rollup process with the retail partner's data team to consolidate them before the report shipped, then used the cleaned dataset to recommend against a proposed scope extension once the numbers showed the campaign had reached only a small share of the eligible audience.

Cross-Feed Revenue Validation

Roku, Inc. — Ad Measurement Internship, June 2026

A companion report for the same program needed to reconcile a second advertiser's revenue and delivery figures across two separate partner data feeds before the deck could go to the client. While validating the numbers, I caught a discrepancy between the two feeds significant enough to change the client's read on results, and escalated it until the partner traced it back to its source and corrected it pre-delivery. I also found that a frequency metric looked roughly twice as high as expected only because it was being calculated on a different basis than the comparison figure, not because of an actual data error. To prevent the same conflict from resurfacing, I wrote governance rules defining a single source of truth for the metric, and ran an independent QA pass on my own numbers before the report shipped.

Business Intelligence, Visualization & Dashboards

Campaign Performance Dashboard (Power BI)

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, May–July 2025

I built a Power BI dashboard to replace manual campaign reporting, tracking over 50 KPIs across email and social channels. It included a custom composite scoring model to rank campaigns by overall performance, a four-stage conversion funnel with drill-down filtering at each stage, and benchmark comparisons against past campaigns, giving the team a self-serve view of what was actually working instead of a static monthly report.

BD Lead-Prioritization Dashboard (Power BI)

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, May–July 2025

I built a companion Power BI dashboard for Business Development, surfacing high-value leads and top-performing industry segments with drill-down filtering by sector. It helped BD prioritize which pursuits to chase and track pipeline health by sector, replacing a manual, ad-hoc research process with a self-serve tool the team could check on their own.

Digital Campaigns

Sub-Sector Email Brochure Campaign

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, January–June 2025

I planned and executed a bi-weekly email campaign built around a series of six digital brochures, each highlighting a different industry sub-sector the firm designed and built for. The campaign became the firm's highest-performing to date, averaging a 39% open rate and 12% click-through rate across all six sends, with the top-performing brochure reaching a 74% open rate and 37% click-through rate. I also built contact lists from click-level data and shared them with Business Development for direct follow-up.

Employer Branding & Culture Content on LinkedIn

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, August 2024–August 2025

I ran a LinkedIn content campaign built around company culture, awards, project milestones, and speaking engagements to build brand credibility with audiences unfamiliar with the firm's work. The campaign drove a 77% increase in page engagement and a 159% increase in page visitors compared to previous months.

Instagram Content Revamp & Project Spotlight Series

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, June–August 2025

I led a revamp of the firm's Instagram presence, scheduling, writing captions for, and editing images for a project spotlight series posted every other day over three months. The series resurfaced both recent and older completed projects to give them renewed visibility on the page, rebuilding a consistent posting cadence the account had been missing.

Integrating Across Data Sources

Marketing Technology Stack Consolidation

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, January–June 2025

I led the rollout of HubSpot as the firm's central CRM, integrating it with existing project and proposal systems (Unanet, Deltek Vision) and two prospecting data providers (D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo) so lead and account data lived in one place instead of four disconnected systems. I built the automation and lead-scoring workflows on top of the integration to create a consistent marketing-to-sales handoff, and maintained ongoing data hygiene, deduplication, validation, and standardization, to keep the system reliable as new records came in.

Project & Award Data Centralization

Pepper Construction Company — Communication Intern, September 2023–July 2024

I migrated scattered local project, award, and personnel records into centralized systems, a CRM for proposal and win-announcement data, and OpenAsset for the firm's marketing collateral library, and set data-entry standards with the Communications Manager so information stayed accurate and easy to retrieve across marketing and business development.

Website & SEO Optimization

Organic Search & Site Performance Audit

Pepper Construction Company — Communication Intern, February–March 2024

I ran a data-driven SEO audit using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, identifying technical issues and content gaps limiting organic visibility, then used Google Ads and SEMrush keyword research to guide on-page optimization. The recommendations improved Core Web Vitals and sitemap efficiency and directly informed the company's ongoing web and content strategy.

Competitive Landscape Analysis

Pepper Construction Company — Communication Intern, March 2024–April 2024

I conducted a competitive analysis presentation evaluating the top four competitors in the regional general contracting space, benchmarking their digital presence, content strategy, and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities in Pepper's own approach.

Website Revamp & Project Page Accuracy

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, August 2024–August 2025

I co-managed the firm's website and led a revamp of its project pages, auditing each one for accuracy and completeness and updating content for brand consistency, SEO, and user experience.

Business Development & Proposal Support

RFP/RFQ Proposal Coordination

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, August 2024–August 2025

I coordinated RFP and RFQ response submissions between Business Development and internal technical teams, building proposal packages, scopes of work, and supporting graphics in InDesign to meet client requirements on tight deadlines. This work contributed to a 33% shortlist-advancement rate across submissions during my time there.

Marketing Content & Collateral

Proposal & Pursuit Collateral Development

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction — Marketing Assistant, August 2024–August 2025

I revamped the firm's master RFP proposal template, restructuring sections like team resumes and project scope for clarity and consistency, and built a dedicated template for transportation-sector pursuits. I also developed a new standard presentation deck used for shortlist interviews, whenever a pursuit team needed to present their proposed project approach directly to a prospective client.

Internal Communications Collateral

Pepper Construction Company — Communication Intern, February 2023–March 2024

I created custom graphics for event-specific internal email announcements and developed updated PowerPoint decks used for new-hire and intern onboarding.

Year-End Meeting Video Series

Pepper Construction Company — Communication Intern, December 2023

For the firm's annual year-end meeting, I helped create a series of five videos to streamline the event, reduce meeting length, showcase footage from key projects, adapt the format for virtual attendance, and reinforce company morale and pride. The initiative cut total meeting runtime by approximately 35%, increased employee attendance by 5%, and received positive engagement feedback in post-meeting surveys.
